Master in International Senior Management

The goal of  Master in International Senior Management  is to train managers and professionals of the company  and other organizations, so that they can acquire the necessary skills and competencies demanded in positions of high responsibility in competitive and internationally globalized environments.

Specific objectives of the  Master in Senior Management:

• Achieve a significant degree of internationalization, especially in Latin American countries. It is expected that 80% of the students enrolled will come from other countries. This diversity will enrich the training acquired by students

• Use the Case Method to allow the resolution of real business cases as the central axis of learning for decision making and its impact on organizations since it forces reflection and analysis of complex situations analyzing real situations with multimedia applications.

• Facilitate student training in a non-face-to-face, virtual, synchronous way without the need to travel through the combination of videoconference classes, videos and dynamic and participatory discussion forums 

• Incorporate the most modern training methods through cooperative learning systems (Flipped Classroom) Design Thinking and Education by Competences where the student is the protagonist of his own learning.

• Make the incorporation of the student in the master's degree more flexible by enrolling from the date that best suits their needs.

• Carrying out a Master's Thesis (TFM)  and his defense in court.

• Have professors from the Complutense University and CEREM International Business School, with proven experience, in all the subjects included in the different modules
